by Sally RIchardson. Julie Clarke. Julie was born In Indianapolis and currently lives in Fishers. She is married to Bernie and together they have attended Northview's Carmel campus for about 6 years. Julie recruited her life group to tackle some yard work for her friend Robyn as a DIY Good Neighbor project. "I wanted to help my friend Robyn because she has been serving her husband for the past two years as he struggled through pancreatic cancer treatments. She was completely selfless and gave him all her time and energy. Near the end, she was completely worn out and a couple of us stepped in to relieve her some. After his passing in September it has been difficult for her to not be in that role. I think serving Robyn was a way to show her God’s love through us and for her to feel that she is not alone. I believe helping our friends in need is the best way to display the love of God."
